SEPTEMBER 18 - OCTOBER 16, 2020 - ATHLETE IDENTIFICATION REGISTRATION

  • Application Form Completed

  • Video of Athlete - For new athletes (upon request)

OCTOBER 30, 2020

INDOOR

  • 4 - 8 ATHLETES SELECTED TO TEAM NUNAVUT (previous Team Nunavut athletes)

  • 6 - 10 ATHLETES IDENTIFIED AND INVITED TO REGIONAL TRAINING  - Compete for remaining spots

BEACH

  • 3 - 6 ATHLETES IDENTIFIED AND INVITED TO REGIONAL TRAINING

​

NOVEMBER 16, 2020  - JANUARY 22, 2021 - ON-LINE TRAINING FOR SELECTED AND IDENTIFIED ATHLETES

JANUARY 28 - 31 AND FEBRUARY 11-14, 2021 - REGIONAL TRAINING AND COMMUNITY COMPETITION

  • SELECTED AND IDENTIFIED ATHLETES MUST ATTEND

  • PHYSICAL TESTING

 

FEBRUARY 16, 2021 - FINAL SELECTION OF ATHLETES TO TEAM NUNAVUT 

 

FEBRUARY 22, 2021 - PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF TEAM NUNAVUT INDOOR AND BEACH TEAMS

  • Previous Team Nunavut Experience

  • Video (sent in by athletes and/or community coaches)

  • VBNU High Performance Matrix - (graded from video and Regional Training)

Athletes will be selected using a variety of resources such as:

  • Previous Team Nunavut Experience

  • Video (sent in by athletes)

  • VBNU High Performance Matrix - (graded from video and Regional Training)

  • On-Line Training

  • Physical Testing - (at Regional Training)
